Terms of Business
Although our Terms of Business quotes hourly rates, where you ask us to arrange an individual product for you such as a Pension, Investment or a Life Policy, we are usually remunerated by way of commission from the product provider so you don’t pay a fee.
Provide Your Authority
In order for us to obtain the details of any existing products you hold, we must have your authorisation in writing. In the industry this is referred to as a Letter of Authority (LOA).
